Dec 12 (CTV) That CSIS report alleges that Nadarajah was one of the Tamil Tigers' top international leaders while living in Switzerland before coming to Canada. It also alleges that Nadarajah claimed refugee status in Canada in 1998 using a false name after crossing the border in Montreal.
