Here is how u can remove that small shortcut arrow from ur Icons
Download this small Program :
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/c/a/fca6767b-9ed9-45a6-b352-839afb2a2679/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
Install open Tweak UI > Explorer > Shortcut > Put the Point on None ..
and then refresh .. Enjoy
